Question 1

What is the Twin?

Accepted Answer

Your Twin is a structured, sourced record of your company's sites, suppliers, policies and audits. It is built from the documents you already hold, and every answer it produces links back to the passage it came from. You use it to prepare for audits, assess suppliers, and answer incoming requests without rebuilding the work each time.

Question 2

How do I start?

Accepted Answer

Getting started takes minutes. You share a few basics about your company and the systems, documents, or frameworks you work with. We spin up your private Twin, connect it to your sources, and hand it over ready to answer questions, fill forms, and flag risks from day one.

Question 3

How does beSirius support strategic decisions?

Accepted Answer

It connects sustainability data directly to business outcomes. It helps you identify gaps before auditors do, surface risks across suppliers, and align reporting with procurement, legal, and investor needs.

Question 4

How many hours a week can I save with beSirius?

Accepted Answer

It depends on how many requests you handle. Teams on beSirius report a supplier due diligence assessment dropping from around 20 hours to 2, and an incoming customer questionnaire or KYC request from around 4 hours to 20 minutes. A team fielding ten requests a month typically gets back two to three working days.

Question 5

How is beSirius different from ChatGPT or Copilot?

Accepted Answer

beSirius is built for sustainability, legal and compliance teams in metals and minerals by people who have worked in the industry. Unlike general AI tools, it works against the specific requirements of the standards, schemes and requests you are assessed on, links every answer to the documents and passages that support it, and leaves a requirement open when the evidence does not cover it rather than filling the gap.

Question 6

Which languages does beSirius support?

Accepted Answer

beSirius can generate and translate responses in over 100 languages, including Spanish, German, Chinese, French, Portuguese, and Arabic. Source documents can be in any language, which matters most for supplier evidence — a permit in Bahasa Indonesia or an audit report in Mandarin is mapped to requirements the same way an English one is.

Question 7

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on your use case, document volume, and team size. We offer tailored packages for enterprise teams. Book a demo and we'll walk you through the options.

Question 8

How many requests can I run at a time?

Accepted Answer

There's no hard limit. beSirius is built for high-volume workflows from daily customer questionnaires to annual reporting cycles. It scales with your needs.

Question 9

What does implementation require from our team, and how long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Implementation starts from what your team already holds: the relevant company, site and supplier context, policies, certifications, audits, procedures, previous assessments and questionnaires, and any other supporting evidence. These are used to build your Twin. How much setup is needed depends on the scope and the use case, for example one site and one standard, or a full supplier programme. We agree the scope with you before starting.

Question 10

Do you offer trials or pilot access?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We run focused pilots using your actual data to solve a specific challenge, demonstrate ROI, and validate the fit before you scale.

Question 11

Where can I see beSirius in action?

Accepted Answer

Book a demo and we'll show you the platform live with scenarios relevant to your industry and team.

Question 12

Can it help us prepare for downstream audits and third-party reviews?

Accepted Answer

It screens suppliers using public data, certifications, and risk signals without questionnaires. You get a full profile with flagged issues and source links, ready for review.

Accepted Answer

Yes. beSirius shows clause-level differences between your policies and those from suppliers, clients, or partners. Useful for contract reviews, onboarding, and alignment checks.

Question 22

Does beSirius support regulatory compliance assessments?

Accepted Answer

It does gap assessments and creates reports aligned with regulatory requirements like CSRD, ISSB, EU Taxonomy, and national frameworks. All source-cited and audit-ready.

Question 23

Can beSirius outputs be used as audit evidence?

Accepted Answer

beSirius helps organise, map and present the evidence you already hold, with source links showing where an answer comes from. The platform can support audit preparation and internal assurance, but it does not replace the underlying evidence, the auditor or the certification body. Whether an output is accepted in a formal audit depends on the relevant standard, scheme and assurance provider.

Question 24

Does beSirius replace auditors, certification bodies or legal review?

Accepted Answer

No. beSirius supports preparation, evidence review, internal assurance, due diligence and structured responses. Formal certification, assurance and legal conclusions remain with the relevant certification body, auditor, scheme owner or qualified internal/external reviewer.

Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. beSirius uses enterprise-grade encryption, private environments, and strict user permissions. Your data stays yours. We are ISO 27001 aligned.

Question 26

Accepted Answer

No, your data is never used to train models. It's private, secure, and only used for your team's answers and analysis.

Question 27

Which AI models does beSirius use?

Accepted Answer

beSirius uses AI models as part of its evidence and assessment workflows, but the important product behaviour is model-independent: outputs are checked against defined requirements and linked back to source evidence for review.

Question 28

What happens to our documents?

Accepted Answer

The documents you share are used to build your company's Twin, the evidence base your team works from. They are not published or shared with other companies by default. Evidence stays permissioned: if you choose to share verified evidence with a customer or partner through the Network, you decide what is shared and with whom. For security details, see the Security page.
