    Use case

Answer customer due diligence and KYC requests from existing evidence

beSirius uses your policies, certifications, site records, company information and previous responses to prepare a source-linked draft for the request in front of you. Questions without enough evidence are flagged for review instead of being guessed.

    In short

Prepare a draft response from evidence you already have

Customer questionnaires, KYC forms and bank or investor requests often ask for information you have already provided somewhere else. beSirius retrieves relevant evidence and previous approved material, then prepares a draft that your team can check before anything is sent.

    You get

A source-linked draft response, with unsupported questions and missing evidence clearly marked for review.

    What arrives

Use it for customer, KYC, bank and investor requests

    Customer due diligence questionnaires

Prepare responses about policies, operations, responsible sourcing, compliance and sustainability practices.

    KYC and counterparty requests

Retrieve company, ownership, governance and supporting information required for review, subject to your internal approval and access controls.

    Bank, lender and insurer diligence

Prepare evidence for financing and risk questions without rebuilding the company record for every request.

    Investor, partner and supplier self-assessments

Reuse relevant company and site evidence when investors, partners or customers ask for it in another format.

    How it works

Turn the incoming request into a source-linked draft

    01

    Use the current request

Bring in the questionnaire, spreadsheet or structured request received from the customer, bank, investor or other counterparty.

    02

    Retrieve relevant evidence

beSirius searches the maintained record for current policies, site records, certifications, previous responses and other potentially relevant sources.

    03

    Prepare a draft with sources

Each proposed answer includes the supporting source and passage. Missing support is marked for review.

    04

    Review and approve

Your team checks the wording, confirms the evidence and decides what can be sent.

    When evidence is missing

Flag missing evidence instead of guessing

If the available evidence does not support an answer, the question stays open. The team can add a source, request information from the responsible owner or explain why the question does not apply.

Boundary: beSirius prepares the draft and source trail. Your authorised team reviews and approves the outgoing response.

    Questions

    What teams usually ask

    Does beSirius send responses automatically?

No. beSirius prepares a draft with supporting sources. Your team reviews and approves the response before it is sent.

What happens when evidence is missing?

The answer is flagged for review. The team can add evidence, assign a follow-up action or explain why the question does not apply.

    Can previous responses be reused?

Yes, as a starting point. The previous answer and its evidence should still be checked against the current entity, period and wording of the new request.

Can the same evidence support customer and investor requests?

It may be relevant to both. Each answer still needs to be checked against the specific question, recipient and permitted level of disclosure.

Use the next questionnaire or KYC request

See which questions can be drafted from current evidence, which need review and which still need new information.
