Map evidence to mining standards and prepare the assessment, template or response you need
beSirius checks your existing policies, audits, site reports, supplier records and other evidence against the requirement you are working on. The output depends on the job: a certification readiness assessment, a supplier due diligence assessment, a current CMRT, EMRT or AMRT, or a source-linked draft for a rating or questionnaire.
Use the documents and records you already have
Start with the current requirement
Use the standard, due diligence criteria, reporting template or assessment your team needs to answer.
Check every criterion against the evidence
beSirius links potentially relevant evidence to each requirement and keeps the source document and passage behind the result.
Review the assessment, draft response or template
The output is specific to the work: requirement-level readiness, supplier gaps, a current RMI file, or a source-linked draft response.
Prepare for certification and assurance audits
For standards and assurance programmes such as IRMA, CMSI, Copper Mark, ResponsibleSteel, the Cyanide Code, RMAP, LBMA and other applicable schemes, beSirius checks site or facility evidence against the requirements and shows what is met, partially met or missing.
For each requirement, you see whether it is met, partially met or missing, together with the source document and passage used for the result. Unresolved requirements stay visible so the team can add evidence, assign corrective work or investigate an operational gap before the external assessment.
This is preparation and internal assurance. beSirius does not perform the independent audit or award certification.

Assess suppliers against due diligence requirements
For OECD-aligned processes, LME requirements and company-specific due diligence criteria, beSirius checks the available supplier or counterparty evidence, keeps the source behind each result and lists the requirements that still need follow-up.
If the current evidence does not answer a criterion, that item stays open rather than being filled with an assumption. Your team can follow up on those specific gaps instead of sending the supplier another full questionnaire.

Prepare CMRT, EMRT and AMRT
beSirius reuses known supplier and facility data, collects missing inputs, flags facility or answer validation issues and prepares the current RMI template for review.
For CMRT, EMRT and AMRT, the workflow can flag incorrect facility identifiers, contradictory answers and broken validations before generating the current template for review and submission. The supplier record stays available for the next reporting cycle or customer request.

Prepare EcoVadis, CDP and S&P responses
beSirius retrieves potentially relevant policies, metrics, reports and previous responses, links them to the assessment questions and flags unsupported or inconsistent items before submission.
The review flags unanswered fields, missing evidence, inconsistent answers and support that does not match the assessed entity or reporting period. Your team receives a source-linked draft to check before submission.

Check evidence against disclosure and regulatory requirements
Where a disclosure or regulatory requirement is used as an internal assessment framework, beSirius can check company, site, supplier and operational records against it and keep unsupported items open for evidence, interpretation or action.
Each result keeps the supporting source. Your team remains responsible for legal interpretation, the final disclosure and any regulatory filing.

Reuse approved evidence when another requirement asks for it
A policy, audit, site record or supplier document may be relevant to more than one requirement. beSirius keeps the source separate from the last format it was used in so the evidence can be checked again without assuming that one standard automatically satisfies another.
Twin
Stores the source documents and structured site, company and supplier information once.
Insight
Returns a result for each selected criterion and links that result to the supporting document and passage.
Answer
Uses reviewed Twin evidence to prepare source-backed drafts for supported questionnaires, ratings and recurring templates.
What changes with each type of requirement
beSirius does not award certification, perform independent audits, grant formal equivalency, guarantee a rating outcome or make the final legal interpretation.
