How beSirius works
beSirius turns company and asset evidence into repeatable assurance work. A Company and Asset Twin keeps evidence structured and linked to its sources. A Framework defines the requirements to assess. A Run applies the Framework to the Company and Asset Twin and returns a reviewable, requirement-level result.
The same product supports certification readiness, internal assurance, supplier and counterparty assessments, and recurring customer or KYC requests because each workflow starts from the evidence already held for the company or asset.

Company and Asset Twin — keep company and asset evidence in one reusable record
Your Company and Asset Twin brings together the evidence available for a company, site, operation or other entity.
Policies, procedures, certifications, audit records, reports, disclosures and operational records stay connected to the company or asset they describe and to the source they came from.
Public information can be included alongside private documents provided by your team. Private documents stay within your workspace.
When a new assessment begins, beSirius starts from the evidence already held in the Company and Asset Twin instead of asking the team to rebuild the record from another folder or spreadsheet.

Framework — define the requirements you need to meet
A Framework is the set of requirements beSirius uses for an assessment.
It can be an industry standard such as IRMA, Copper Mark or CMSI, your own internal assurance requirements, a supplier qualification framework, a regulation or a customer questionnaire.
beSirius structures each requirement so the same evaluation process can be applied consistently across companies, sites or business units.
Frameworks can also be compared to show where requirements overlap, where they differ and where the same evidence may be relevant.
This does not create formal equivalency or recognition between standards.
Run — check a Framework against the evidence in the Company and Asset Twin
In beSirius, a Run applies a Framework to a Company and Asset Twin.
It evaluates each requirement against the relevant evidence and returns a source-linked result: what is supported, what is partially supported, what is missing and what needs follow-up.
The output depends on the job. A Run can prepare a certification-readiness assessment, an internal assurance review, a supplier assessment, a draft response to a customer or KYC request, or another reviewable deliverable.
Your team can open the source behind each result and review the assessment before it is used externally.

Specialised AI Agents carry out four parts of the work. The sequence stays the same even when the Framework or output changes.

beSirius evaluates that evidence against each new requirement and keeps the source visible. Reuse does not assume that two requirements or standards are equivalent.
